Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 May 2026
Welcome to TapCall. By accessing or using our website, AI receptionist services, dashboard, or any related communications (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Use of the Services
TapCall provides AI-powered call answering, scheduling, and customer-communication tools for small and medium businesses. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any account-level limits, applicable laws, and these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
3. Fees and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to send unsolicited communications, transmit unlawful or harmful content, attempt to disrupt the Services, or violate any applicable telecommunications, anti-spam, or data-protection law (including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, GDPR, and CTIA messaging guidelines).
5. SMS Messaging Terms
5.1 Consent
By providing your mobile number and checking the corresponding consent box on a TapCall opt-in form, you agree to receive SMS messages from TapCall at the number provided. Marketing SMS consent is collected through a separate, optional checkbox and is never a condition of purchase or of receiving service-related messages.
5.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and selected preferences.
5.3 Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier plan.
5.4 Opt-Out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. You will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS from that program.
5.5 Help
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@tapcall.ai.
5.6 Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
5.7 Supported Carriers
The TapCall SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers at all times.
5.8 Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect information related to SMS communications, including the commitment that phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All TapCall trademarks, logos, software, and content are owned by TapCall or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapCall disclaims all warranties and limits its liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
